Michael Harris, LUTCF
As a lifetime resident of Southern Illinois, Mike is a 2003 graduate of SIU in Agri-Business Economics. He currently has 36 years of service with COUNTRY Financial and his office is located in Carbondale.
As a Financial Advisor with Country Financial, Mike has been named All-American and All-Star multiple times during his career. He has also qualified for multiple National Multi-Line Sales and National Quality Awards from NAIFA. He is also a qualifying member of MDRT. Mike graduated from NAIFA’s Leadership In Life Institute in 2003.
Mike has been a pivotal member of NAIFA since 1990, by serving his local board through 2015, as well as, the NAIFA IL board as Regional VP, Membership Chair and the Executive Committee. Mike served as State President for 2009-2010. He has also served on various National Committees during his involvement at the local and state level.
When he isn’t helping his clients achieve their financial goals, Mike operates the family cattle ranch in Ozark IL which was started in 1962 by his father. He manages a herd of approximately 120 angus cattle. Mike is married to Kathy and has two sons, Brandon and Grant and 3 grandchildren.
